Academic Publishing

Academic Publishing is the custom publishing division of the Utah State University Bookstore. Academic Publishing provides the custom publishing services that help you present supplementary educational materials in formats that fit your courses. This can include original work, out-of-print materials, lab manuals --- whatever you need for your course.

Copyright permission will be obtained and all the royalties will be obtained by Academic Publishing. Obtaining copyright permission is not optional. Academic Publishing is here to help those instructors using custom published works abide by such policies.

Custom designed materials are available in many different combinations: several cover, divider, color, printing, and binding options are offered.

Organized on bookstore shelves along with other texts for the course, students can find their custom published materials. Academic Publishing works to provide your students everything from lecture notes to reprints of articles in a single packet that they can purchase at the registers.

Special orders can be made if all readers sell out. A notice will be posted on the shelf directing students to the Textbook Information Desk to place a special order. These usually take 24-48 hours to print.

A Complimentary copy can be provided at your request. It can be delivered to UMCs or picked up in the Academic Publishing office.
