What is the Gift & Apparel Department's return policy?
We guarantee a 100% full refund for apparel and gifts if you return the items within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition, and include your receipt. Sale items may be returned for refund or exchanged for another item valued at the same price. Clearance items are nonrefundable.

What do I do if my size is not available on the website?
