What is your calculator return policy?
We will refund your calculator purchase 100% if you bring your calculator back within 10 days of purchase and the package has not been opened. If the package has been opened, we must charge a 10% re-stocking fee. We will replace defective calculators anytime as long as the model is currently being produced by the manufacturer. In all instances you MUST have a receipt.

Do you sell refills for my ink pen?
We have a variety of pen refills. If we do not carry one for your pen we can probably order it. Many of our Special Orders arrive the next working day.
