Hardware - Software


RESTRICTIONS

Many of the items and education discounted software titles offered our Computer & Technology Sales Department may be sold only to eligible purchasers which are Utah State University: departments, faculty, staff and degree seeking students.

DEPARTMENTS

Departments may purchase with an on-campus USU Purchase Order, USU Requisition or USU P-Card.

FACULTY

USU Faculty with current USU ID only.

STAFF

USU Staff with current USU ID only.

USU EXTENSION STUDENTS

USU Extension Students must provide current and qualified enrollment receipt and photo ID.

USU STUDENTS ONLY

Full-time currently registered USU Students. A printout of your current class registration is required on purchases of academically priced items.


RETURN POLICY

RECEIPT REQUIRED - NO EXCEPTIONS

All computer hardware and peripheral sales are final (no returns) subject to manufacturer's warranty. Software is eligible for 14-day return if still current and all packaging is unopened; receipt is required. Defective software may be exchanged for the same title only. In every instance, a USU Bookstore receipt is required. No exceptions.

PRICING

All prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to post the most current price on our website. However, we are not responsible for inadvertent input errors or delays in reporting price changes. Sales tax of 6.55% will be added to listed prices.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by U.S. currency, cashier's check, personal check imprinted with the customer's name and address, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Valid picture ID must be presented at the time of check appearance.

PRIVACY

All information you send to us is kept in strict confidence. We do not share or sell any information about our customers with anyone.
